Our team is an extension of your human resources department. Starting with your specific job and hiring requirements, we get to work personally sourcing and screening talent to find the best fit for your company.

We are not a staffing agency, but a nonprofit focused on education and workforce development in Arizona. We work with community-based organizations as well as using traditional marketing methods to source candidates that meet your needs. Our program is based on a proven model under the Connect to Work AZ for America’s Future initiative which has helped place over 19,000 jobseekers in the last 10 years and repeatedly increased retention and workforce diversity for more than 200 companies.

At this time, we are partnering with companies in financial services and healthcare with plans to expand to manufacturing and other demand industries in the future.
