Carmen’s Story

Carmen had dedicated most of her professional life to teaching but was ready for a career change. With a long-standing interest in finance, she decided to pursue a new path in the field. However, the transition proved challenging, as her lack of direct financial experience made it difficult to break into the industry—until she connected with us at Connect to Work AZ.
