The Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation launched Connect to Work AZ through a partnership with Skills for America’s Future to support the unemployed and underemployed Arizonans looking for quality jobs and a path to economic mobility.

Across Arizona, people look for jobs and employers seek qualified talent. Often, they struggle to connect. But, those connections are made when they use Connect to Work AZ, powered by Skills for America’s Future (Skills), a jobs-first program through the Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation. Now even more of our Arizona neighbors can get the connections and support they need to secure quality jobs.

By focusing on Arizona’s ready-to-work talent, this program will connect the job seeker with local companies that are eager to hire. This inclusive hiring approach has been proven to be both efficient and effective at getting more unemployed and underemployed people into jobs.
